2. General conditions of use of the site and the services offered
Your use of www.rispal.com implies full acceptance of the following terms and conditions of use. These Terms of Use may be modified or supplemented at any time, so users of www.rispal.com are encouraged to consult them regularly.
This site is normally accessible to users at any time. An interruption for technical maintenance may however be decided by RISPAL, which will then endeavour to inform users beforehand of the dates and times of the intervention.
The website is regularly updated by Douglas Mont. In the same way, the legal notices can be modified at any time: they are nevertheless binding on the user who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to read them.

The purpose of www.rispal.com is to provide information on all of the company’s activities.
RISPAL strives to provide as accurate information as possible at www.rispal.com. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update, whether by itself or by the third party partners who provide it with this information.
All information on www.rispal.com is indicative and is subject to change. The information on www.rispal.com is not exhaustive. They are subject to changes that have been made since they were put online.
4. Contractual limitations on technical data

The website cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the site. In addition, the user of the site undertakes to access the site using recent material, containing no virus and with an updated latest generation browser
5. Intellectual property and counterfeits
RISPAL owns the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use on all elements accessible on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or the process used, is prohibited, unless prior written authorization of: RISPAL.
Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property.
6. Liability limitations
RISPAL cannot be held responsible for direct and indirect damage caused to the user’s material, when accessing the site www.rispal.com, and resulting either from the use of material not meeting the specifications indicated in point 4, either the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.
RISPAL cannot also be held liable for indirect damages (such as market loss or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the website www.rispal.com.
Interactive spaces (possibility to ask questions in the contact area) are available to users. RISPAL reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content deposited in this space that would contravene the legislation applicable in France, in particular the provisions relating to data protection. Where applicable, RISPAL also reserves the right to call into question the user’s civil and/or criminal liability, in particular in the event of racist, insulting, defamatory, or pornographic messages, regardless of the medium used (text, photography, etc.).
7. Management of personal data
In France, personal data are protected by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
When using the site www.rispal.com, may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the site www.rispal.com, the user’s access provider, the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.
In any case, RISPAL only collects personal information about the user for the purpose of certain services offered by the website www.rispal.com. The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, in particular when he enters them himself. It is then specified to the user of the site www.rispal.com the obligation or not to provide this information.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 and following of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, any user has a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data concerning him, by making his written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of the identity document signed by the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the answer must be sent.
No personal information of the user of the www.rispal.com site is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium to third parties. Only the assumption of the acquisition of RISPAL and its rights would allow the transmission of said information to the potential purchaser who would be in turn bound by the same obligation of retention and modification of the data with respect to the user of the site www.rispal.com.
The site is not declared to the CNIL because it does not collect personal information.
Databases are protected by the provisions of the Law of 1 July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
8. Hypertext links and cookies
The website www.rispal.com contains a number of hypertext links to other sites, set up with the permission of RISPAL. However, RISPAL does not have the possibility to check the content of the sites thus visited, and will therefore assume no responsibility for this fact.
Browsing the site www.rispal.com may cause the installation of cookie(s) on the user’s computer. A cookie is a small file, which does not allow the identification of the user, but records information relating to the navigation of a computer on a site. The data thus obtained are intended to facilitate subsequent navigation on the site, and are also intended to allow various measures of attendance.

Under Internet Explorer: tool tab (gear icon in the top right) / internet options. Click on Privacy and choose Block all cookies. Confirm on Ok.
In Firefox: at the top of the browser window, click the Firefox button, then go to the Options tab. Click the Privacy tab. Set Retention Rules to: use custom settings for history. Finally uncheck it to disable cookies.
Under Safari: Click at the top right of the browser on the menu icon (symbolized by a cog). Select Settings. Click Show advanced settings. In the “Privacy” section, click Content settings. In the “Cookies” section, you can block cookies.

9. Applicable law and assignment of jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the use of the website www.rispal.com is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris.
